In the early 1990s, Accra was very different from the capital city we see today, and the real estate market was far less structured. Foreign investment was cautious, land documentation was opaque, and there was a gap between what clients expected and what the market could reliably deliver.
Over more than three decades in Ghana, we were not simply observing the growth of the real estate sector, we were part of it. Through direct involvement in development, property sales, and client advisory, we built practical market knowledge and the relationships that underpin successful transactions.
